Fight Fire with Sapphire!

If there was any doubt that right-wingers are tragically locked in their outmoded discourses of "reason" and "detachment" here is proof (and I don't mean that in, like, a "rational" way):

A police officer who was "kooky" and "New Age" enough to consult a clairvoyant (I mean, how dare he!) in relation to some assassination plot against the PM has been sacked.

All I can say is, when the PM is brutally murdered by someone who looks exactly like the person this "deranged" "maniac" imagined when she was consulted, well, then don't come crying to her, or me ... or Jocelyn.

Because we love to say, "We told you so". 

Fellow travellers, I have long suspected that John HoWARd, the Master of Evil, was behind the untimely death of fellow traveller JFK (well, he was sort of a fellow traveller -- he was an enemy of fellow traveller Fidel Castro, you know, so I do have some reservations).  But in any case, my suspicions have been confirmed.  And by the ABC no less! There is closure at last. 

I am not completely satisfied, though.  There is still the matter of HoWARd's involvement in the Port Arthur massacre, and the framing of that other patsy Martin Bryant.  If the timing of this latest revelation is any guide, we'll have to wait until about 2050 until that matter is put to rest. 

Still, it's a kind of progress ...
